Cloud Hosted Managed System
Purchased on a pay-as-you-use basis, every aspect of a cloud system is externally managed removing the need for initial capital expenditure and the worry of upgrades.
On-Site Self-Managed System
Using an on-site VOIP system keeps the end-user permanently in control and although has a higher initial expenditure, ongoing operational costs are normally less in comparison to a hosted system.
